It is much less known that Ravello, because is not so charming, but it is in a similar position on the mountain that faces the Amalfi coast. But for those who likes trekking paths could have some reason to plan a visit up there. Here are some. From Punta San Lazzaro and from Parco Corona there is marvellous sight of the gulf. From the centre of town it is easy to descend to centre of Amalfi. Moreover, from Bomerano, a group of houses next to the Parco Corona, starts the so called "Gods path". (Sentiero degli Dei, in italian). This path, among sea, earth and sky is not very long (7 km) and takes you to Nocelle, and then to Positano. In Agerola you will also be able to taste the special mozzarella cheese.

How to get there
You can get there by car taking the highway road to Sorrent. Exit at Gragnano and before entering this town turn on the mountain road that climbs up to Agerola.
